New Machine at ETH Zurich

With the initiative of Prof. Jürg Leuthold, ETH Zurich purchased a NanoFrazor. The tool is installed in the Binning-Rohrer Nanotechnology Center in Rüschlikon, where scientists from several groups already use the NanoFrazor for applications that are not feasible with the existing e-beam lithography tools.

MRS Exhibition & Swissnex Event in Boston

Next to the MRS fall meeting, on December 2nd, the Swiss consulate in Boston hosted a nano-research event with speakers from Northeastern University, Harvard, ETH Zürich and SwissLitho. Machine Installation at EPFL, Lausanne

Scientists at EPFL received their NanoFrazor Explore in June. The NanoFrazor was aquired with support of an SNF R’Equip grant involving several groups. The tool is installed in the Microsystems Laboratory and being used for first exciting applications.
